We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and help us drive success in the industrial supplies sector. As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach, strengthening customer relationships, and driving sales growth in western Bohemia.

Your responsibilities

  • Expand Customer Portfolio: Grow and maintain a robust customer base, ensuring stable and profitable relationships.
  • Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and execute strategic plans to meet regular sales objectives by region, product segment, and customer type.
  • Market Networking: Strengthen the Hoffmann Group's market presence by networking and enhancing our brand image.
  • Customer-Focused Presentations: Conduct impactful product and service presentations during customer visits, exhibitions, seminars, and workshops.
  • Technical and Commercial Support: Provide pre-sale technical advice, responsibly oversee and maintain customer accounts, and support post-sale services to enhance customer satisfaction.

Your skills

  • Relevant vocational education or industrial sector training
  • Sales Experience: 3-5 years in industrial supplies sales.
  • Strong Market Insight: Deep understanding of products, pricing, and competitors both locally and nationally.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to offer technical solutions tailored to our products and services.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in presentation and negotiation, with a professional and clear communication style.
  • Digital and Analytical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, data-driven decision-making, and a proactive digital mindset.
  • Team-oriented with active knowledge of English
