Your responsibility

  • Expand the customer portfolio, maximize sales, and maintain stable customer relationships within the designated area
  • Develop and implement sales strategies by geography, product segment, and customer type to achieve regular sales objectives
  • Conduct product and service presentations, demonstrations, and training during visits, events, and workshops to drive sales
  • Identify and address customer needs, ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process, including pre-sale technical advice and post-sale services
  • Prepare and manage quotes, negotiate orders and service agreements, and handle customer accounts, including commercial and financial claims
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system, report activities, and collaborate effectively with colleagues and technical specialists to improve performance

 

Your competences

  • 3–5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably cutting tools
  • Extensive market knowledge of products, prices, and competitors at local and national levels
  • Vocational education in an industrial sector
  • Proven presentation, negotiation, and professional communication skills
  • Digital mindset with proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and data-driven decision-making
  • Valid driving license
