We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team and help drive the evolution of our data-intensive applications. In this role, you will design and build scalable, high-performance solutions that power critical business processes, pricing capabilities, and data-driven decision-making across our organization.

Your responsibility

  • Drive the development of innovative features and scalable solutions for our data platform and data-intensive applications.
  • Design, implement, and maintain high-performance full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and related technologies.
  • Ensure solutions meet high standards for performance, scalability, resilience, and maintainability.
  • Take full ownership of the software lifecycle following the principle: “You build it, you run it.” From solution design and implementation to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and fellow engineers to deliver business value.
  • Act as a technical mentor and knowledge multiplier by sharing expertise, promoting engineering best practices, and supporting the growth of other team members.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the future technology landscape of our applications and platforms.
  • Drive continuous improvements in software quality, development processes, and operational excellence.

Your competences

  • Several years of professional experience in Java development with strong expertise in Spring Boot.
  • Solid experience building modern frontend applications with React or a comparable framework.
  • Proven track record of delivering and operating software with end-to-end ownership.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, deployment pipelines, and modern software delivery practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong team-player attitude.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
